All sales are final.

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or exchanged once the download link has been sent.

If your download link does not work, if the files are damaged, or if you did not receive your order, contact us at contact@edmgmnt.com and we will make it right. We reply to every message, usually within 24 hours.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will always resolve it faster than they will.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
